Our History
2003
First home sold in Frederick, Maryland.
2006
We moved to our permanent 224 E. Patrick St. address to be right in the heart of historic downtown Frederick.
2007 - 2018
Our team has and continues to grown every year but remained true to our being a close-knit community of professionals committed to our Core Values of Collaboration, Courage and Generosity.
2019
Terry La Scola was recognized as a Graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy. That year, La Scola was one of only 25 REALTORS® in the state of Maryland to be recognized for the award.
2021
Terry La Scola was honored as 2021’s REALTOR® of the Year, as voted by the Frederick County Association of REALTORS®. She is recognized as a Past President of the Frederick County Association of REALTORS® and impactful in helping the association launch a charitable Community Foundation FCARe with the purpose of local REALTORS® giving back to our community at large.
2022
Tony La Scola joined Welcome Home as a REALTOR® and Chief Operations Officer. Tony La Scola has a celebrated 20 year background in business management and brings his extensive leadership talents to our Welcome Home. Tony La Scola is also well known as a lifelong Frederick resident who is passionate about family. His mission in life is to make a positive difference in this world every single day. In his free time you'll find him mountain biking, hiking with his family or volunteering to help those in need.

They are the back bone for getting tasks done, sorting through the details to get a property or sale across the finish line, all while supporting our clients, and REALTORS®. The Mountain Movers are the arms and legs of our operation every single day, celebrating successes, championing administrative operations. With our Mountain Movers, no step is missed.
