Our Mentorship Program

When you start as a REALTOR® at Welcome Home, we don’t just plug you into an online orientation course, we mentor our REALTORS® one-on-one on how we operate as a company, and teach you how to leverage our operation and market strategy to help you focus on satisfying clients and maximize sales. Don’t waste time having to build a network or learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry all on your own.
